The purpose of this blog on leadership is to provide tools for those who are either currently in leadership positions or those who aspire to leadership. All too often we know what good leadership is based on the fact we have seen so much bad leadership. Hopefully, this blog can assist others in doing the right thing while leading others so they can become an inspiration and model for the charcteristics they exhibit.
